Supporting Fr. Michael’s Music Ministry and the Dominican Friars of Raleigh. 

Michael is a member of a ‘Mendicant’ (‘Begging’) religious Order in the Roman Catholic Church.  From its foundation the Dominicans have always had to beg for food and living expenses in return for the preaching events that are not related to a parish church.  Fr. Michael’s ministry is not sponsored or supported by any local church.  His base for community living and production of all music is St. Martin de Porres Priory in Raleigh.  This community of the Southern Dominican Province of New Orleans, LA is committed to preaching and bringing the Good News of the Gospel to the poor and marginalized people of the south.  Your contributions help us reach out to those who cannot afford to pay or contribute.  We depend upon your contributions to continue our ministry and your financial and prayerful support is a participation in the mission of the Gospel such as Fr. Michael’s outreach in nursing homes, retirement residences and any other musical presentations.
